THE PEAK OF JUDGEMENT AT THE BEGINNING

OF REAPPEARANCE OF THE HOLY IMAM[1]

As we've said, the commencement of the government of the leader of the time (May our souls be sacrifice for him) is the beginning of purity, elimination of oppression and injustice. In this respect issue of judgment during the beginning of reappearance of Imam shall reach its peak to the extent there will be sound judgment and justice, the right of the oppressed ones will get to them by retrieving it from the oppressors.

What is attractive to receive attention is that the splendid time base on the transmitted narrations is that judgment shall be base on reality while suspicious and personal opinion concerning judgment that time shall not have any value, those who would be appointed as judge that day by the great remainder of Allah's proof (May our souls be sacrifice for him) from the midst of the people will benefit from hidden assistance and due to perfection in wisdom and self refining there will be no chance to judge in favour of the oppressors, because those judges sees themselves in the presence of Almighty Allah and the great remainder of Allah's proof (May our souls be sacrifice for him), in this respect they will issue judgment accordingly, what is more attractive to receive attention is that that time base on people's perfection in wisdom they will be ready to receive the justly judgment. Although that is the corollary of divine and just government of the leader of the time (May our souls be sacrifice for him).

The judges that time will enjoy two qualities:

1- Self preparedness.

2- Hidden assistance.

By carrying out sound judgment the light of sedition will be quenched and with just and equity judgment oppression and inequity will be annihilated, that is how oppression and inequity will be uprooted and the structure of justice will be build.

What is attractive to receive attention is the occasion which oppression and inequity will be obvious and the day which it will be uprooted, and the judgment which is done with the judge's personal ambition is refers to as unjust judgment.

Of course if a judge is not self refined and never sees himself in the presence of Allah while making judgment, not only the issued judgment from him will not uproot oppression and injustice rather it has irrigated an oppression and an injustice.

The following story is an example of that:

A man bury the carcass of his dog in the Muslim's cemetery, which cause the excitement of the people, the people took it very difficult with him and took him half-life to the judge but due to the enmity the judge previously had with the accused person and in order to plant fire of sedition he ordered the burning of the accused man, the man insisted that he has remaining speech to made if the judge give him the permission, thus the judge gave him the permission.

The accused person said: when the death of the dog has reach, a wonderful issue appear i.e. Unexpectedly the silent animal's tongue break and it commenced talking like we human being, it call my name and make its Will that; it is having an inheritance of bag of a gold from its ancestors and it have concealed it under certain stone in the desert and up till life still remain in me quickly go to it and lift the stone, at the time I bade farewell to this life, my body should be buried with the good servant of God and half of the content of this bag should be taken to one of the Islamic Judge to be spent in probate issues in order to lessen its punishment and you should remember me in your prayers.

For the fact that I saw the speaking of the dog as unusual, I have trust on what it has said. At that time I hurried and discover the bag in its location and up till now the bag is still at its place.     

 The judge due to covetousness in the remaining gold said: praise be to God!, this animal without doubt is among the grand children of the companions of al-Kahf (as'hab al-Kahf) certainly since it is from noble relative there is no fault for him burying it in the Muslim's cemetery. That is what the late man said again"[2]

What we have transmitted is one of the stories which show that the judgment of a person who hasn't refined himself and never see himself at the presence of God when making judgment, likewise it also shows the judgment of a judge that took bribing for hid judgment.

Then as we have said, we should be awared and be acquainted so that we should not allow oppression and inequity to reign in the world through taking false oath.

Here there is need to have the feeling of hidden assistance and spiritual power so that anything that can cause the continuation of oppression and inequity should be eliminated especially if it is through false oath, meanwhile we should break all dike that covers all sorts of oppression and inequity.

If the pretext of the oppressor can not be eliminated from the midst of the people, then what shall be the difference between the dark period of occultation and that of the luminous period of reappearance of Imam?! How will inequity and oppression be annihilated during the period of the justly government of Imam?


[1] - This is the beginning of reappearance of the holy Imam and after the establishment of the divine government and forming the society that is described as just and fair, then there is no room for discripancies that will lead to the need for judgement.
