DISCUSSION ABOUT JUDGEMENT

After the annihilation and the defeat of army division of the hypocrites and unbelievers likewise the annihilation of the world oppressors, and the establishment of the divine government worldwide, the files of the oppressors must be search and anyone who was oppressed worldwide or an injustice was done in his respect will be compensated. Because eliminating oppression and injustice worldwide will not only by annihilating the structures of monarchy and the rulers who has commit oppression against his nation rather the entire oppressors even though it was done upon a person must put an end to their oppression until the entire oppressed ones of the world is rescued from the yokes of the oppressors.

Of course a lot of those who has oppressed others doesn't deem themselves to be an oppressor consequently they are not ready to accept the oppression and injustice which has been pronounced against them and this will be exactly the cause of discrepancy between the oppressors and the oppressed ones because an oppressor sees progress in his work through his oppression while the oppressed ones see it as a manifested oppression. But in reality every one sees himself as oppressed and sees the opposite party as oppressor.

In this type of situations none of the two disputed party has discrepancy but the discrepancy lied in whether the action done is oppression or not. In some occasion the oppressor denied the oppression and never accepted he has committed such atrocity, these are the two examples which shall caused the discrepancy between people or two different groups.

In this type of situation, there is need for judgment till there is knowledge and awareness which shall distinct between the oppressor and the oppressed one consequently the right of the oppressed ones will be taken from the oppressors.

Of course in some instances none of the two sides is able to present a witness and testimony to his assertion, but in this case there will be taking of oath according to religious jurisprudence, hence there is possibility the denier is with false oath in order to trample upon others right and to be in his possession tyrannically, in the other hand it is also possible to trample over owners right by presenting untrue and false witness.

Certainly the judgment which needs an oath for its establishment can not in every occasion give right of its owner due to the fact that the shadow of the oppressor has been taken from the oppressed one.
