Imam sadIiq: IF I Percieve his time I will serve him in all of my life days
JUDGMENT BASE ON SUSPICIOUS AND SELF OPINION

JUDGMENT BASE ON SUSPICIOUS AND SELF OPINION

Knowledge, awareness and preparedness of the people by implementing justice during that time of reappearance of Imam will be so extensive to the extent no where judgment will be issued base on suspicious, personal thought and understanding because there is no wholesome between justly judgment and judgment with suspicion.

Judgment will be regarded as justice and equity if it is  base on knowledge that correspond with reality if not how can we deem judgment base on suspicion (which there is possibility of it opposite) as reality and justly?

Base on this, during the time of reappearance of Imam since judgment will be completely base on justice then any sorts of judgment during that period will be base on justice and the necessity for justice is that judgment should be corresponded with reality and base on knowledge and certainty, not base on suspicion and self opinion.

يقول أمير المؤمنين الإمام علي بن أبي طالب علیه السلام: «ليس من العدل، القضاء على الثقة بالظنّ».

The commander of the faithful (Peace be upon him) said: "Judgment as a result of trust in suspicious is not regarded as justice"[1]

The development in thought and knowledge during that time will be so spread and wide to the extent no where judgment would be issued except base on knowledge and awareness, although this is the corollary of the justly government of the leader of the time.

It is also deduced from the narration and from other narrations that judgment base on witness and oath can not only bring justice into existence rather through that some people's right may be trampled over.

So study and examine the following narration in order to make this issue clear:

يقول الرسول الأعظم صلی الله علیه وآله: «إنّما أقضي بينكم بالبينات والايمان وبعضكم ألحن بحجّته من بعض، فأيّما رجل قطعت له من مال أخيه شيئاً يعلم أنّه ليس له، فإنّما أقطع له قطعاً من نار».

The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him and his family) said: "verily I judge between you with witness and oath, though some of you are more intelligent in his prove than the other, whoever I gave part of his brothers property due to his witness and oath while he is awared that that portion doesn't belong to him, surely I have given a portion of hell fire to him"[2]

It is obvious from this narration that witness and oath did not always correspond with truth and reality.

Base on this, in a situation like this real justice has not been implemented rather it is done base on apparent judgment.
