INSIGHT AND CLEVERNESS IN JUDGMENT

During occultation period of Imam of the time (May Almighty Allah hasten his relief) the judges must be clever and possess insight meanwhile judgment must also base on knowledge so that the judges can prevent fake witnesses and false oath but very unfortunate this reality has not been observed. The judges must learn from the judgments made by the commander of the faithful (Peace be upon him) and should be aware that through cleverness and insight he can be acquainted with the reality without reaching the turn of presenting witness and taking oath. Meanwhile a judge can benefit from witnesses and oath when the entire ways is blocked from the reality.
