THE JUDGMENTS OF THE COMPANION OF

THE LEADER OF THE TIME (May our souls be sacrifice for him)

DURING THE PERIOD OF REAPPEARANCE OF THE HOLY IMAM

The spread of justice in the world and uproot of oppression and inequity worldwide shall be in a form that judgment of the judges during the period of reappearance of Imam will be base on fact and reality and not base on what is apparent even if the judge needs to go farther than witness and oath for its acceptance in order to sketch out the fact and perception of the reality.

It becomes clear from the narrations that during the wide spread of justly government of the great honourable remainder of Allah's proof (May our souls be sacrifice for him), not only he doesn't need to request for witness in his judgment rather his workers that were delegated to uproot the structures of oppression and inequity and to establish justice and fairness worldwide will also benefit from the hidden assistance and availed with things that are more ulterior than witness and oath, and they shall never be trapped with false testimony and oath.

This is a reality which has been clarified by the narration which expounded how the judgment of the judges shall be during the luminous period of reappearance of Imam.

فيقول الإمام الصادق علیه السلام حول هذا الموضوع: «إذا قام القائم بعث في أقاليم الأرض في كل إقليم رجلاً يقول : عهدك في كفك فإذا ورد عليك أمر لا تفهمه ولا تعرف القضاء فيه فأنظر إلى كفك وأعمل بما فيها.

قال: ويبعث جنداً إلى القسطنطينية، فإذا بلغوا الخليج كتبوا على أقدامهم شيئاً ومشوا على الماء، فإذا نظر إليهم الروم يمشون على الماء قالوا: هؤلاء أصحابه يمشون » على الماء فكيف هو؟ فعند ذلك يفتحون لهم أبواب المدينة فيدخلونها فيحكمون فيها ما يشاؤون».

Imam Sadiq (Peace be upon him) in this respect said: "When (al-Qaim) the riser rise, he will send a man to each an every region saying: your responsibility is in your hands, then when you come across what you don't understand and you don't know the judgment, glance at your palm and act according to what you see therein.

He (Peace be upon him) continue saying: he will send groups of soldiers to Constantinople (the former name for Istanbul) when they come to Persian gulf they will write something in there feet and will trek on top of the water, when the Romans saw them walking on top of the water, they will say: how those people walked on top of water? By then they shall open the gate of the city for them for their entrance and they will judge therein according to their wishes.[1]

Even though some writers gave another probable meaning to this narration which is contrary to it, because the apparent meaning of this narration is that the person whom the great honourable remainder of Allah's proof (May our souls be sacrifice for him) will sent to the region will be availed with hidden assistance.

It is not only him but all individuals who will form the soldiers of Imam al-Mahdi and all those that are under his command shall also be like that as it was clearly stated in the last narration when it says: they will trek on top of the water even without via an apparent means, but just by mere writing some thing on their feet.

With this explanation why do we justify the hidden assistance with things like mobile phones?!

What is more attractive to receive attention is that it is explained in the narration that the judges during the luminous period will be availed with hidden assistance and they will benefit from the understanding that is ulterior than other people's understanding and perception.

Now be attentive to this narration:

يقول الإمام الباقر علیه السلام: «... ثم يرجع إلى الكوفة فيبعث الثلاث مائة والبضعة عشر رجلاً إلى الآفاق كلّها، فيمسح بين أكتافهم وعلى صدورهم فلايتعايون في قضاء...».

Imam al-Baqir (Peace be upon him) said: "…. Then he will return to Kufah and he will send three hundred and some tens of men to the entire distant region, he will wipe his hands within their shoulders and their chest so that no judgment will left untouched…"[2]

We can deduce the following points from this narration:

1- Three hundred and thirteen men among the companions of the leader of the time (May our souls be sacrifice for him) will be the governors of the world and the entire region of the world shall be under the control of the companions of Imam al-Mahdi (May Allah hasten his reappearance).

2- The great honourable remainder of Allah's proof (May our souls be sacrifice for him) who is considered to be Allah's power, by wiping his hand over their shoulder and chest, they will be availed with the hidden assistance to the extent they will be able to issue true law and judgment anywhere.

3- The entire three hundred and thirteen individuals that will be entitled to govern and judge the entire universe will be men as it was explained in this narration.[3]
