دعاء الغريق

في أيّام الغيبة

قال السيّد الأجلّ رضي الدين عليّ بن طاووس في «مهج ‏الدعوات» : عن عبداللَّه بن سنان قال : قال أبوعبداللَّه عليه السلام :

سيصيبكم شبهة فتبقون بلا علم يرى ، ولا إمام هدى ولا ينجو فيها إلّا من دعا بدعاء الغريق .

قلت : كيف دعاء الغريق ؟

قال : تقول :

   «يا اَللَّهُ يا رَحْمانُ يا رَحيمُ ، يا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ‏ قَلْبي عَلى دينِكَ».

   فقلت : يا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ وَالْأَبْصارِ ، ثَبِّتْ قَلْبي عَلى دينِكَ . فقال :

إنّ اللَّه عزّوجلّ مقلّب القلوب والأبصار ، ولكن قل كما أقول : يا مقلّب ‏القلوب ثبّت قلبى على دينك .

   أقول : لعلّ معنى قوله «الأبصار» لأنّ تقلّب القلوب والأبصار يكون ‏يوم القيامة من شدّة أهواله ، وفي الغيبة : إنّما يخاف من تقلّب القلوب دون‏ الأبصار .(10)

THE SUPPLICATION OF (GAREEQ) A SUNK PERSON

Sayyid Ali bn Taaus in Mahju Dda'waah said while narrating from Abdullah bn Sannan; Abu Abdullah (peace be on him) said: you shall be afflicted by suspicion, where you shall remain without a banner and no guided leader, and no one shall be rescued except those that recite the supplication of (Gareeq) sunk person. I said: how is the supplication of Gareeq? He said: say the following

"O' Allah! O' the Beneficent, O' the Merciful, O' He who changes minds, make my mind firm in Your Religion".

I said: O' He who changes minds and sights make firm my mind in Your Religion, he said:

surely Allah changes minds and sights but say as I have said to you:

O' He who change mind, make my mind firm in Your Religion.

I said: may be the meaning of his saying (the sight) is because changing of mind and sight shall be on the Day of Judgment, due to the intensiveness of its terror, and in occultation the only fair is changing of mind and not the sight.[1]
